William F Whites Releases “Tool Belt”, an Online and Mobile Educational Resource

March 8 By Iggy 2 Comments

This morning, rental house William F Whites released a fantastic new  educational phone app!

Looks like gaffers, grips, DOPs and all lighting technicians everywhere have a new educational resource to check out with William F Whites release of Tool Belt an Online and Mobile Education Resource.

What’s in William F Whites Tool Belt App?

With sections on cable & distribution, temporary power sources, camera support, grip, lighting, dimmers and expendables, it looks like this will be a great one-stop shop for film makers of all levels. I wonder how this app will continue to grow and William F Whites expands on their educational content.

Do you Rent from William F Whites?

As a Gaffer I have used gear from whites for several years and I can honestly say that they are my first choice, so I am very glad to see them continue to work on the educational side of their company.

Being one of the biggest rentals houses in North America, Whites has a lot of potential when it comes to being an educational resource and I look forward to watching them grow.

What do you think? Have a look and let us know.
